Association of Behavior Consultants is always looking for qualified people in the following areas:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst:

  • Ability to clear fingerprint background check
  • Must have own reliable transportation including valid driver’s license and up to date car insurance
  • TB clearance (within one year; TB clearance is required annually)
  • Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, walk, run, crawl; must be able to perform these for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Behavior Specialist: 

  • M.A./M.S., in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Social Work or other related field
  • Must be B.C.B.A. eligible or presently enrolled in an approved university program
  • At least twelve semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis or currently enrolled
  • At least two years of experience working with developmentally delayed populations
  • At least two years of experience utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis
  • At least one year of experience managing staff, writing and submitting developmental reports, and writing and submitting Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Ability to clear fingerprint background check
  • Must have own reliable transportation including valid driver’s license and up to date car insurance
  • TB clearance (within one year; TB clearance is required annually)
  • Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, walk, run, crawl; must be able to perform these for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Licensed Clinical Social Worker:  Must have experience working with complex behaviors.

Behavior Assistant:

  • BA or BS or currently enrolled in Bachelor Degree program in related field (Psychology, Child Development, Social Work,etc.)
  • B.C.a.B.A. eligible preferred, but not required
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with developmentally delayed populations (a plus)
  • Experience utilizing Discrete Trials Training within ABA setting (a plus)
  • Ability to clear fingerprint background check
  • Must have own reliable transportation including valid driver’s license and up to date car insurance
  • TB clearance (within one year; TB clearance is required annually)
  • Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, walk, run, crawl; must be able to perform these for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of professionals, and in multiple settings
  • Highly organized with files and documentation, and able to turn in paperwork in timely manner
